Convey has a great culture and vibe. For a new employee joining a sales team, I've been incredibly impressed with the onboarding process. The amazing set of sales tools, marketing / demand generation activities and the business development professionals making initial outreach to potential prospects. are a salesperson's dream. The executive management team, including the actively involved founders, exude a nice combination of focus on growth and building a team/family. They are realistic about growth and transparent about progress. Coming from two recent job jumps that turned out to be 'train wrecks', it's been so nice to see a company/employer that delivers what they presented / offered.
