Everything. Since the takeover by Trader, the company has been in steady decline, to the point where 1/3 of the team were let go. I have never seen a company so mismanaged at every level.
This company won’t be here in 6 months. If I was to speak to a potential new hire, I would tell them to run for the hills, but it’s very clear that there is going to be no such thing as a “new hire” in this company, given that Trader are slowly winding the company down.
Entire teams have been moved to Trader head office. The rest have been cut to their bare bones. They are no longer looking for new business. We can’t even support our existing client base.
The offices have moved to a space 1/3 of the size, and if that isn’t an indicator of what is to come, then I don’t know what is.
Whether you are a prospective hire, or a potential customer, stay away from this business. It will be the best decision you could make.
