It’s a great place for those who are new to sales and are looking to get their feet wet and get some understanding how phone sales work.
Cons
Their commission structure is a joke, you could have 20 years of sales back ground but they will talk to you like if your still wet behind the ears. There’s no growth so if your looking to make more then $40k a year it’s not going to happen.
It’s straight cold calling everyday all day, there’s no warm leads at all. You get 30 minutes of lunch. This is a hourly paid job where you will never get 40 hours.
Also the benefits are expensive, and they have extremely high turn over. Over 8 reps come and gone in a matter of weeks to 2 months
