I can work remotely. Yearly company retreats are paid for and provided by the company. Employee engagement is strong and I feel utilized to my fullest potential.

Employee recognition and a stronger bonus/reward system could be helpful for employee morale.

Some of the customers are cool.

Project managers have little to no understanding of job responsibilities. The environment is cannibalistic. Management is rude and insulting on an almost daily basis, and the struggle to be perceived as efficient far outweighs being efficient.
