Pros

The other consultants I worked with were excellent

Cons

The CEO and owner of the company is unreliable and untrustworthy. When I was working with ConversionIR, the owner was out of the country frequently and not available. His absence made it difficult to book meetings with prospective clients because he was gone. Remuneration is the primary issue prospective consultants will have to deal with. Be careful about your choice to work for ConversionIR.

Pros

The one redeeming feature of this company is that you would have the opportunity to meet top talent. As a result, you would have had the opportunity to do some interesting and challenging work, that would teach you a lot. But other than that, there is no real upside to working at the company.

Cons

The CEO promised an illegally low wage to almost all employees. In addition, he did not even pay that when asked giving seemingly arbitrary reasons for the payment being delayed. If you work for the company do not count on being paid, by the CEO regardless of what he says. The CEO also will try to deceive you with reasons why you are not paid this time. All of these reasons are false and are only him trying to find an excuse for not paying you on time. He will not pay you. Any posting that this company or its subsidiaries provide that include estimated compensation is to be treated with extreme suspicion. Such compensation will not be received. The company will also demand near full-time hours from you in the form of its various projects, despite not paying you anything. The entire business strategy is to squeeze top talent dry for as long as they can get away with hit. There are numerous spinoffs of this company that exist, most notably NXTAnalytic and CoronaStocks. All of these companies are controlled by the same CEO and are to be treated with the same caution. Bottom line is that you should under no circumstance not work for this company unless you are willing to treat it as an unpaid internship.

Pros

Not much real work to do. As long as you're willing to take the abuse, listen to rants and mislead clients you'll be ok.

Cons

Not much money coming in. Owner/CEO/CFO will promise the sky and give you the bare minimum. There's always an unexpected problem keeping your pay from coming through in full. Full time requirements with contractor rights. No respect for evenings or weekends. No respect at all. Multiple ex employees and salespeople owed massive amounts. Disgruntled clients at every turn.
