Pros

There are some amazing individuals that are trying to make a difference. Trivia to promote inclusivity.

Cons

Nepotism. When I was first at Conversica, I was proud to work there. Over the two years of working there, I realized that the CEO is not who I thought he was. Please give your employees the tools that they need. C-Suite except CTO brings fear and negative pressure into the environment. People only look out for themselves. No such thing as a "team" mentality.

Conversica Response
3y
We have amazing employees and continue to look for ways to make our employee experience fun, inclusive, and engaging. We value all employee feedback (current and former) and always encourage our employees to share more feedback with our People Team. We welcome talent who seek to create purposeful success where every team member is motivated and accountable. We understand that Conversica's growth path is not for everyone as well. We are sorry to hear your experience was not a positive one and do wish you all the best in your future endeavors. Take care.

Pros

New CEO is sharp and focused, you can feel the momentum picking up Overall leadership is approachable and easy to reach out to Teammates are hardworking, collaborative, and genuinely care. Interesting space to work in (Ai + tech) with projects that move quickly Fully remote with solid benefits Opportunity to make an impact

Cons

Not the right place if you want everything handed to you - you have to be ok with figuring thing out on your own sometimes. Small team means you often wear multiple hats - something I enjoy, but others may not Fully remote setup isn't for everyone It can be a lot at times, but if you like solving problems and taking ownership, it's rewarding.
