Pros
The pros depend on which role or team you become a part of. If its Marketing you might be alright since we recently brought on a new CMO. If you are applying for Sales then keep reading. Luckily the company has two sides to the business (Automotive and Tech). And if you ask me, the only reason the company is still around is because of the Auto Team. They have their own leadership and tbh they are pretty cool. But good ol' Foster City needs a major tune up. (The Auto Team is in KC and they sell to dealerships)
Cons
The CEO is very weird. The guy walks out of his office and takes pictures of the Sales Floor!! If you see him by the elevator, he will walk away and take another one up to avoid the 10 second ride with you. Do not be fooled. Pretty high tun over on reps.
