Pros

It’s a great place to work for a part time gig. I worked with a great team of people who were always willing to help and teach their less experienced counterparts.

Cons

Dealing with rude customers at times

Pros

- Working with data quality and modeling I've had the opportunity to contribute to projects for various clients across different industries. I'm never not busy, which I like. - Perfect mix of independent work and teamwork. I feel supported and empowered whenever I start something new, and I've learned a ton along the way. - Small office, approachable managers. Upper and middle management cultivate a friendly atmosphere and healthy work ethic. My superiors have always been good about making themselves available, checking in on my progress in a supportive way, and offering to help in any way they can. - Most importantly—hard work gets recognized. The amount of positive reinforcement I've seen since I've started goes far beyond any of my previous employers (even other, smaller companies). Not only do I feel motivated to work, but it is also extremely comforting and validating to know that people have my back.

Cons

- Not necessarily always a con, but — as growing company in a growing field, there's often a lot of work that needs to get done and not enough people to do it. Occasionally this means abruptly switching to a new project, and sometimes things pile up. Certainly keeps me on my toes. - Manual data annotation can get tedious from time to time, but luckily this is only a part of the job, and like I mentioned before, hard work does not go unrecognized.
