Pros
Converse is an awesome place to work. Of course, they are owned by Nike. So you have all of the Nike benefits. The discounts are great! 40% off in store, 30% in Nike, and a special employee shopping site. The advancement opportunities are endless.
Cons
There were really no turnoffs at Converse. Outside of the normal retail problems. Juggling hours and meeting budget Converse was ideal.
