Pros
A Great immediate team full of amazing people who are engaging and show true love for the brand. Ability to touch a lot of the business and feel like your voice is heard.
Cons
Some Senior management lacks the foresight and ability to manage personnel correctly. Have gone through a lot of changes in the past few years and they seemed to be floating with no real direction at the time of my departure. Some of the internal politics are extremely petty.
