      Pros

      - Great team - All have been very helpful since day one. A real 'family fee' place. - Location - Right in the heart of Bristol, easy transport links. - Flexible and an understanding management structure for a good life/work balance.

      Cons

      Being on the top floor means stairs but that's honestly all I can come up with as of yet!

      Management care and are patient. They understand reasonable and clear targets

      None so far - small company vibe so where there is lack of strict process there is opportunity to get more out of the role
