Pros
You get some experience of "teaching"
Cons
-You have to pay a giant fee before getting a position -You don't get to choose where you teach -The monthly stipend is not even enough to survive if you are placed in an expensive area of Madrid. You need to take a 2nd job or bring a lot of savings -Once you have arrived in Spain, nobody helps you with anything. You are 100% on your own and finding an apartment and so on is hard especially if you don't speak Spanish. -In the school nobody listens if you are concerned or unhappy with something. -Forget about travelling, going out, or enjoying your life in any way if you are in Madrid. It's extremely expensive and the stipend is too small.
