Pros
They project a good, positive culture. The values and beliefs are outstanding. Annual Convergint Day the entire company closes down for major community service projects. Not the same company as when they started, but still better than the competition.
Cons
Convergint encourages you to "own" your position. Unfortunately, you may not have the support you need and your reputation will be on the line. Not very different from any other company out there, so this is not a slam against the company. You need to be careful and hold your cards close. Some Siemens management and micro management mentality has started to creep into the company due to growth. Appears from the outside the company is maneuvering to be sold.
