      Team culture in the service area is friendly and inviting Pay is good for the workload

      Cons

      The whole operation is run out of an email inbox. No CRM or database of any kind. No knowledge base or training. Everything is learn as you go and pray you don't get yelled at for mistakes by management. No career opportunities or pathways to different parts of the business for the service team
