Good culture, lack of training and support - BAS Service Technician Convergint Employee Review

- They send you to a customer where more often than not, are dissatisfied with the BAS system in place and expect you to somehow bring them satisfaction. It gets exhausting especially when you're just winging it the entire time with very little training. - A lot of the service issues stem from poor BAS programming that should have never been approved in the first place. It gets annoying not being able to fully solve the issue because no formal training has been given.
