Appeared to be a good company with good values. Not.
Cons
Not what it appears to be, once you’re inside. Convergint hired a bunch of ex Simplex employees as managers in Boston. They’re the same ones that sold their souls to Tyco. They may look good in a suit and talk-the-talk, but it’s all a charade. Cut throat and narcissistic. Backstabbers and petty. Not trusted. Really unfortunate.
