Pros
Convergint incorporates great things life "Fun & Laughter" day for employees and Convergint Day where they give back to the community. Management has a laid back feel, and most of the management is approachable and polite.
Cons
It feels like management is asleep at the wheel. The work environment is full of middle management "do-nothings" who seem to not only get by with minimum effort, but are encouraged to carry with their incompetence. Overall their policies and procedures need improvement.
