This company was founded upon 10 Values and Beliefs that were very much a part of the fabric of the culture.
Cons
Upon the company being acquired, yes acquired despite their spin to the contrary, the culture has completely changed. This change has been accelerated by the current CEO who has replaced the founder in the top seat. As suspected by many, the culture has turned to a forecasting exercise and numbers driven atmosphere, from an environment where do the right thing and look at the big picture, were the daily focuses.
