Your experience at Convergint will vary widely, depending on which CTC you get hired in at. Understand that Convergint buys up smaller companies and brings them under their umbrella. Those smaller companies are then called CTC's, which all operate a little different than each other, with guidance coming down from the main CDC.
Cons
This depends on what you do, how you do it, where you do it at, who you're doing it for, and if you get along with them or not. This is a service industry, so the squeaky wheel might get lubricated once or twice, then after that if it's still squeaking, it gets replaced. Keep that in your pocket.
