      Pros

      I feel very supported and appreciated here - my hard work does not go unnoticed. Great management, great people, pretty good work life balance. Feels like there is a lot of opportunity for career advancement due to the growth of the business. Competitive 401k match and immediate vesting.

      Cons

      The insurance benefits are expensive, so while I get paid more than my last employer, I'm paying way more in insurance costs. I believe HR is working on this, so hopefully that will change in the near future. PTO could also be better.

      Friendly environment, flexibility, decent pay, opportunity for promotion or position change depending on your location

      Cons

      V&Bs are no longer at the front of how the company is led, teamwork is another way to manipulate you into doing more work for the same pay, concentration on administration costs results in giving more work to people who stay when others leave
