      I really like the fact that it is fairly easy to get a job here. It also has some great Co-workers

      Cons

      Management really sucks. They don't train you at all, and they give you very little about the company to work with. They make you fish without bait. Small base Salary and bonus structure can be lucrative ifyou have a good customer base but it is unlikely

      Quiet workplace, exposure to industries and business practices. I was able to wear many hats. HR, Advertising, Project Management

      Cons

      Small team, lacks leadership, lacks order, communication is horrible. After I put in my two weeks notice they sent me home, did this to a coworker after I had left as well.
