Cons
To grow in this company you have to be a chamcha, no amount of skills or dedication will get any type of recognition unless you please the higher managers by being part of their toxic, gossiping culture. They thrive on making the new employee's life horrible by making them feel inferior and constantly criticizing their work. They hire people by asking all sorts of personal questions and once joined they leverage those personal info to joke casually. If you do join this company make sure you join the CEO clan by hanging out the ops manager and having with good rapport with her, otherwise, you will never make it to more than a few weeks there. In short, it's a good company if you are good at being a spoon and lack any type of professional skills and just wanna play with your career.
