Pros
Extremely slow environment. Barely any work. Amazing work life balance (cz obviously, nothing much to do). If by any chance you get to work at gurgaon, then you're just on your own. Nobody to supervise you. All the managers and team leads are in Bangalore. Gurgaon office is more like We Work office. Play music while working, go on as many breaks as you like, nobody cares what you do. Lots of parties (super boring though)
Cons
The work doesn't match the Job description at all. I should have left right when I realised that. All the departments and I mean ALL the departments in business operations do nothing but copy and paste. No scope for growth. No learning. You'd keep begging for work, more responsibilities and opportunities but the manager would turn a deaf ear. False promises but nothing. People have spent over a decade here only to get from Associate to senior associate. No team building activities. Barely any interaction among the team members. In reality it's discouraged to make sure they don't unite. The only time you'd get to speak to your manager (if you're in Gurgaon) is when an escalation happens. Rest, absolutely no appreciation. If you feel that you've got good communication skills, that you have genuine skills about your industry (be it anything SCM, DA, market research, ERP,) DO NOT come here. None of your skills would be put to use. It's only a data entry job. There is no HR in converge. It's taken care by Arrow electronics. No HR in the office. No supervisor. Your work is never recognised. People are not given equal opportunity. Only if you be a yes man and bed your vendor backwards, there's a possibility that you might get some visibility.
