      I liked the offer I got initially, I liked the industry of technology, and I liked some of my co-workers.

      Cons

      Management and ownership were less than interested in your personal success. Just a numbers game to them. No buy-in from the people at the top unless you were a super-star.

      Freedom of accounts, lots of work/life balance. Initial profit sharing in the first year

      Management that doesn’t have any clear direction for the company. Pointless company calls where folks who have been with Converge since inception go through the motions. There’s ZERO team atmosphere and you better watch your back. Everybody is catty and moody and it’s digressive. Indicative of why competitors with less backing win business
