      Benefits are ok not great.

      Cons

      - Upper management lack direction. - Company in transition with no clear destination - Lack opportunities to advance career as well as lack of training. - Diversity is all people of color, which is something leadership lacks as well as the whole of the company.

      Pretty transparent about the financials.

      Cons

      Functionally siloed with little/no cross-functional collaboration which made for a very contentious environment with in-fighting and people were territorial. Management team is simply aiming for their earn-out. Don't really care about how they get it all done.
