      In the last year, the company expects much more of every employee, meanwhile taking most of the benefits of working at the company away + continuously promising things that keep getting pushed when it comes to product and lead sourcing tools

      Pros

      Pretty transparent about the financials.

      Cons

      Functionally siloed with little/no cross-functional collaboration which made for a very contentious environment with in-fighting and people were territorial. Management team is simply aiming for their earn-out. Don't really care about how they get it all done.
