      Pros

      Strong training and support for anyone in sales or business development. Clear KPIs and structure, so you always know what’s expected. Good exposure to international payments and FX, which is genuinely valuable experience in the market. Team culture is generally positive, with supportive managers who want you to succeed. Plenty of opportunities to build resilience, confidence, and client-facing skills.

      Cons

      Systems and processes can feel outdated at times. Frequent shifts in strategy can be hard to keep up with. Clear favouritism at times, which can impact fairness around opportunities and recognition.

      Pretty transparent about the financials.

      Cons

      Functionally siloed with little/no cross-functional collaboration which made for a very contentious environment with in-fighting and people were territorial. Management team is simply aiming for their earn-out. Don't really care about how they get it all done.
