Pros

Great coworkers. 3 12s a week is nice.

Cons

Pay is GARBAGE, raises are BS. Mine was less than 1% on my annual raise. Corporate expects you to see patients up until 8pm even if you are a solo provider clinic and stay there until 10pm. And the provider doesn't get paid past 830pm. Will also make you see patients who clearly need a further evaluation in the Er or PCP because it is out of scope of urgent care. We were told not to tell patients ahead of time we don't have the capabilities to treat them. So we have to wait until we take their money and the provider tells them they have to go somewhere else. Constantly understaffed, yet they came out with this new "workflow" where all rooms need to be filled constantly, despite being understaffed and we physically do not have to staff to do so which is so unsafe and patients have screamed at us because of this. But corporate does this so they can advertise they have "no wait time" so less people will leave if they see an empty waiting room. What patients don't know is that they will be waiting 1-2 hours in a tiny exam room. Talk about deceiving and being untruthful to your patients. It's all about the numbers for corporate. Will float you CONSTANTLY to other clinics with no notice, some of these clinics are 1hr away. This company is hot garbage and nobody should even think about working here. Please save yourself the mental suffering. Work somewhere else. And I mean ANYWHERE else. Trust me. Don't make the same mistake I did.

Pros

Clean and organize facility to work for.

Cons

My experience with this company was disappointing. Management was overly controlling and often came across as bullying rather than supportive. Employees were treated as resources rather than people, with little regar for work-life balance or personal circumstance. Staff were frequently floated to different locations without consideration. The company seemed more focused on maximizing profits than investing in employee well-being, morale, or retention.
