Pros

Hiring and interviewing process was quick.

Cons

New APRN training was abysmal/non existent. Preceptor wouldn’t even sit with me and was not available to answer questions. They were very concerned they’d be fired and were motivated to undermine others for that not to happen. Advertise loan repayment then said they were hesitant to keep providers there who were only interested in repayment and would then leave them. Wanted to change practice from three to two providers to cover 60 patients a day. Found a way to fire the last person hired. Please notice there are ZERO current openings for providers in the state because of this change in practice. Also you’re expected to work 2-3 hours a day catching up on charting a day and “do homework on the weekends” charting and working on templates on top of a work week with 12-13 hour shifts with zero breaks. They push for you to take more patients a day then require routine team building and various other meetings that take you out of circulation for hours and will cut you early when there’s low patient numbers.

Pros

Clean and organize facility to work for.

Cons

My experience with this company was disappointing. Management was overly controlling and often came across as bullying rather than supportive. Employees were treated as resources rather than people, with little regar for work-life balance or personal circumstance. Staff were frequently floated to different locations without consideration. The company seemed more focused on maximizing profits than investing in employee well-being, morale, or retention.
