Some confusion in roles and responsibilities

Company is cash rich and usually take good care of their full time employees by paying salary on bench, travel cost, hotel , training etc. Also they are preferred vendor for some of big IT companies, so it is east to be on projects with them.

They doesn't have defined policies, benefits/ bonuses vary from person to person. It doesn't provide any clear career path/ Growth. Typical consulting firm mentality to think only about rates. Although they say Medial benefits which is nothing more than group coverage where you have to shell a lot from your own pocket. 5 days a year leaves , kind of joke.
