Convelo has been a joy to work with and there is a true sense of teamwork and cooperation from all of the employees. There are no bad ideas and management is not only open to new ideas or ways to improve the company but extremely encouraging and constantly asking for input from all members of the organization. They are actively looking to write business, and constantly improving the tools/systems that allow you succeed in your role. It's exciting to be a part of such a caring and employee focused organization where your input is valued so much.
Cons
The normal challenges of a younger organization finding it's way. Thanks to the strength and service approach/attitude of leadership, any hurdles are addressed as quickly as possible and given serious consideration.
