      Pros

      Good products. Pockets of good people.

      Cons

      Some senior management and direct reports think they know everything, which is sad. Inputs from employees are non-existent. Not a surprise at all even to insiders when the company is going through hard times.

      Pros

      Direct manager and team was fantastic.

      Cons

      No career advancement. Built a team around a product they couldnt figure out how to deliver, outsourced 90% of the work to contractors in India, and disbanded when the VP couldn't launch anything.
