      I enjoy the role; it's stimulating, and the people I work with are immediately connected, at times. excellent medical / time off benefits

      Pros

      Direct manager and team was fantastic.

      Cons

      No career advancement. Built a team around a product they couldnt figure out how to deliver, outsourced 90% of the work to contractors in India, and disbanded when the VP couldn't launch anything.
