Nothing if you want to finish your Carrier... you can join Convate... Process is like BPO. calling calling and calling. no other things to learn. they will give data you just call on those data.
Cons
they will ask you about your 1 min time. Salary is like 9000, 12000, 15000. they will prefer only freshers who dont know about the work culture so they can put 100% pressure. No Management Cooperation. they will take your Original Document if you want to leave them within 1 year they will take your 1 Month salary. else you have to serve 1 Month notice period without pay. please guys i will suggest you to Not to join these kind of organization. In Bangalore if you have talent you can find Much better than this organization.
