      Can be difficult to find living accommodations locally. Can be brutally cold in the winter.

      Pros

      Actual work is great. Awesome schedule, awesome benefits.

      Cons

      Worst management possible for handling explosives. Toxic relationships, misuse of power, not following federal human rights laws. Company says they are for diversity and inclusion but women and other races get treated horribly.
