      Pay was great for little experience and you will learn a ton. Beautiful town, lots to do outside of work.

      Cons

      No policies or standards. No steady employees in tech services, understaffed, ignorant employees.

      Pros

      Actual work is great. Awesome schedule, awesome benefits.

      Cons

      Worst management possible for handling explosives. Toxic relationships, misuse of power, not following federal human rights laws. Company says they are for diversity and inclusion but women and other races get treated horribly.
