Lack of leadership there. -Lack of Creative department due to lack of leadership. -Lack of Human Resources -Overwork and weekend work without over time pay -Clients are high demanding and agency only cares about their business and not your well-being -Leaders are more involved in parties than in employee development -No growth and you are subject to staying under leaderships liking to keep your job
