There is no pros working for this company

The most awful company I have ever worked for, moody, arrogant, full of self importance directors, no flexibility, push front line staff to hard with working hours and travel times, zero respect given, I believe the longest serving member of staff is the guys brother, the rest don't last 2 years. The place is run like you should be eternally grateful to work for them , when will they learn its the other way around. I have never seen such rudeness. they make up their own rules to suit and then say something completely different 2 days later. (ie - No phones at the desk - oh look my dog at home ). Office is dank and and uncomfortable place, staff in there are quiet and most probably depressed. Really unhappy customers because the boss wants it done in his outdated way that caused more issues and than solves, never a job well done here for customers.

Some talented and hard working employees on the front line. Quiet office location and easy access from M5.

A dictoral and suppressive working environment bordering on bullying from senior staff. I have not been spoken to as disrespectfully in my professional career as I was by two members of senior management at Controlco. In fact, not since I was at school some 20+ years ago. Hard working front line staff are let down by there not being enough of them resulting in poor completion times to customers. Along with short sighted views at the top to scrimp on pennies results in many unhappy customers who are unlikely to return.
