The company helps to put consultants and their work-life balance first. Ample vacation. Tons of swag. Regular team events/outings. Very co-operative environment where everyone strives to help each other. Constant learning from the juniors to the seniors, personal growth is a daily activity. The leadership team genuinely puts the people first and I've always felt to be more than a number here. They consistently ensure people are included and aware of the growth strategies so we all know the role we play and the larger impact it has. Easily the best place I've ever worked.
