      Hands on experience, exciting work environment, good hours, seeing projects through from start to finish, laid back/friendly culture.

      Communication not always the best, sometimes there were unrealistic deadlines causing fast paced work.

      4 day work week no more

      Raz yells and gets in yo face she not nice supervisor is ok but jokes with boss dont trust HR is the worst I seen never available broken promises no answers new HR helper is just as bad. Raise very low every year 1.5%-2% not enough vacation. No handbook in 6 years. Give gifts to select few at Christmas not for everyone no bonus
