Employee minded Work hours were 10am to 5pm with 45min. lunch Executives were nice Got to have nintendo game play on Friday afternoons Supplied snacks and good coffee and drinks Bought good breakfast every Friday for staff

Need to come up with procedures and policies set in stone Not enough sales to carry an account manager Needs to be more organized in their processes, but a very young company
