      This company truly lives out the core values. The leadership is very encouraging for individuals to learn and grow with the company. The company supports external training and continued education.

      Cons

      The footprint is large and sometimes I don't get to see those in other locations as often as I'd like to.

      Pros

      We are more like a family than co-workers. The office moral is high and everyone looks out for each other, at work and personally. Just a bunch of friends working together every day.

      Cons

      Not all Ci offices are as cohesive as ours. We have a unique group and it will be hard to find another job that compares. The company is closing, so we're all being laid off.
