Pros
Very good leadership and excellent recruiting tools. As long as you produce and keep the clients happy (they use the RPO model), they leave you alone and let you manage your desk. Definitely one of the best virtual teams I have worked on in a while. We have weekly calls and you would think we all work down the hall from each other (most of us have never met in person!). Andy, the owner, is always looking for the next best thing in recruiting technology. He listens to his employees and takes their ideas (and criticisms) seriously. They are VERY honest with their clients. They respect work-life balance - rare is the time I log on in the morning and have after-hours emails from colleagues/management (quite refreshing!).
Cons
There was some micro-management in the beginning, but looking back, it was only due to the fact that you are working virtually. Once you pass that hump and earn their trust, they give you as much responsibility as you can handle and let you run your own desk. If you are looking for benefits/401k, etc., this may not be the place for you. This is a consulting gig that is quite fulfilling.
