Pros

Maintenance shop got better over time. Drivers stuck together, helped each other. Health insurance is the only thing good.

Cons

Too many to list. Fact: office turnover is almost 80% Fact: driver turnover is close to 100% Fact: VP and Pres. Micromanaging and lacks leadership skills. Openly berates operations and mid-management out in the open. Toxic culture. No flexibility to build upwards. Drivers exceed HOS frequently due to poor load planning. No teamwork. Office staff are paid 15-25% below market value. 401(k) program is not even 6% matching

Cons

Promised a few more cents per mile, but turns out mileage is based on zip code to zip code (& then spend A LOT of time dinking around with-in the same zip code) & then require drivers to make a triangle & then only pay from pt A to point C! Would say “Camera should always be on you because there’s nothing you should be doing that anyone shouldn’t be able to see” & then tell employees to not warn new-hires about bad stuff at CTS & then give new-hires a questionnaire identifying employees that said negative (regardless to truthfulness) comments about employer.
