      Pros

      International Organization however it is considered as a family business.

      Cons

      too much politics...as the saying goes "it is not what you know, but who you know". Very poor status for Daily wages. Very less increment.

      Pros

      I have worked in Contrack for almost 9 years in Afghanistan Operations and Cairo Projects, I am feeling that all Contrack members like a family to me.

      Cons

      I don't think there is any downsides, at least in my opinion
