      Certain Healthcare policies are free. Good management vision or product and services direction.

      Cons

      - Much internal stress, everyone portrays that they are too busy to assist with client issue especially the technical teams. - Employees afraid to inform management the reality that is going on. - Management resolves internal issues with no tact just uses a flame thrower. - Little to no training on corporate products and services. - No internal support to learn client environments. Proper documentation of client infrastructure is lacking or non-existent. - Unreasonable expectations to progress and meet job expectations without training.

      Pros

      I really enjoy going to work for Rocco. He is a driven owner/boss and hands on. He is like a family member to all in the office but is still straight forward. The entire team is very helpful and works with you when you have a problem.

      Cons

      The industry is extremely busy and training new employees can be an issue. The learning curve is a bit much but with the assistance from the team it keeps you enthusiasm high and makes you want to do more.
