Pros

Lots of room to grow because so many people come in and out of this place you get told to learn other job duties outside of your scope of competence.

Cons

This company lacks professionalism, ethical leadership, and stability. If you're looking for a workplace that values employees, respects labor laws, and fosters growth—this is not it. Below are the key reasons why: Workplace Safety & Hygiene Violations No Hot Water – Faucets have the hot water valves turned off, creating an unsanitary environment. Severe Warehouse Safety Hazards – Employees are not required to wear proper footwear. An older worker stepped on a pallet, and a nail punctured his shoe due to a lack of protective gear. Forklift operators drive recklessly, often with prongs at eye level and without honking, endangering others. No Janitorial Crew – The CEO tried to force office employees to clean the bathrooms to save money. Employees rejected this. Trash bags don’t even fit the bins, leading to unsanitary conditions. Pest Infestation – Bugs frequently crawl on the coffee station and around trash bins. There is photo evidence of this issue. Unethical Pay Deductions & Exploitation Illegal Pay Cuts for Salaried Employees – The CEO ignores labor laws and docks the pay of salaried exempt employees. Late arrivals result in forced leave-of-absence forms, leading to unlawful pay reductions. His response when questioned? “I don’t care, you were late.” Excessive Unpaid Overtime – Salaried employees are forced to work 45+ hours per week without additional compensation. Unethical Role Expansion – The CEO attempted to cut my salary by over $10,000 while keeping my current workload and adding additional responsibilities for multiple accounts. Lack of Leadership & Growth Opportunities Failure to Honor Agreements – I was hired under a verbal agreement that allowed for flexibility due to parental responsibilities. After four months, I was suddenly written up for tardiness, despite adhering to the pre-agreed schedule. The CEO denied the agreement ever existed. No Career Growth – Employees are hired under false pretenses, thinking they will contribute strategically. In reality, all ideas are dismissed, and employees are reduced to data entry and repetitive tasks. Constantly Changing, Unrealistic Expectations – Employees are given impossible deadlines. Example: I was tasked with creating 20+ hero images in under 28 minutes. Poor Communication & Disorganization No Communication Tools – The company does not use Slack, Teams, or email effectively. Instead, the CEO constantly calls employees into his office, disrupting workflow. Vague & Inconsistent Instructions – Tasks are often unclear or change mid-project. Employees waste hours redoing work due to poor leadership. Extreme Employee Turnover Turnover is exceptionally high. Talented professionals quit regularly after realizing the workplace is toxic, unstructured, and exploitative. Final Warning If fair pay, legal employment practices, and a healthy work environment matter to you—do not work here. I stayed hoping to contribute to growth, but this company does not support employees—it exploits them. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.

Pros

The hiring process is suspiciously fast — and once you’re there, you’ll understand why. Turnover is the business model. Most people are out within 1–3 months, which tells you everything you need to know. 5 star reviews generated from their trusted employees

Cons

The “collaborative” culture is really a slow knowledge extraction. Competent people get brought in, mined for process knowledge, and left with no growth path once that’s done. There are no real SOPs — they build them off whoever they can retain long enough. When they’re done with you, expect to be managed out and somehow made to feel like you were the issue. Physically the office is worn down, equipment is in poor condition. The surveillance is noticeable and extends beyond what most workplaces consider normal. Boundaries around personal space aren’t really respected. The interpersonal dynamic is its own thing — a weird mix of image projection and insecurity that makes the environment draining on top of everything else. Hours are also not what they seem — official end time and actual expected end time are two different things, and the difference isn’t compensated. This isn’t just a high-turnover job. High turnover jobs can still be functional. This one isn’t. If you’re considering it, go in with zero expectations of development and a clear exit timeline.
