      Small startup so there are only make believe rules

      Cons

      Executives are all about strategies but have no real clue about execution. There is no culture and it is ran like an all boys club.

      I have loved my first year working at Contivio. The team is great, and I have been given full autonomy to chart a path for success.

      complex software that has many features and customization to offer. overall great place to work. great engineering and tech staff. Nice clients and customers to sell to and service, good market.

      Cons

      middle management. no transparency. seemingly made up rules in company. extreme micromanagement
