      Innovative product approach and pretty spectacular technologies

      Poor marketing and sales organizations; threw out promises that could not keep and had to slices margins to practically non-existent numbers just to keep customers on board...

      complex software that has many features and customization to offer. overall great place to work. great engineering and tech staff. Nice clients and customers to sell to and service, good market.

      middle management. no transparency. seemingly made up rules in company. extreme micromanagement
