Pros
Being able to work from home and not worry about commuting. I also enjoy helping customers on a daily basis to help improve their experience with Verizon.
Cons
Not enough breaks or freedom to take off work if needed. Shift bids aren’t always happening, and shift swaps aren’t always guaranteed.
